Fairwind Hotel’s story begins in 1936 when L. Murray Dixon built two of our historic buildings. A famed Art Deco architect, Dixon designed spectacular hotels and homes throughout Miami Beach. As the keepers of his legacy, Fairwind Hotel preserves the opulence and fun of this bygone era.
